We do have a kind of chorizo here and it was awarded test winner status (which does not say much)... Not sure if you would say it even qualifies as being chorizo or not, but...

Oops! In Finnish, I can't understand what it says... tell me the ingredients it's made with! Here is our recipe:
Ingredients to make Chorizos parrilleros: 2 kilograms of Pork 2 kilograms of Beef 1 kilogram of Bacon 100 grams of salt 4 tablespoons of Oregano 2 tablespoons of ground chili bell pepper 1 tablespoon of Thyme ½ tablespoon of black pepper ½ tablespoon of Nutmeg 1 tablespoon of ground Garlic 1 glass of red wine 1 piece of tying thread 1 unit of pork casing for stuffing
PS: If you want, I can tell you how to make them, so you can cook and taste them!
Here they are (row).

From Argentina so your "Italian" translator needs updating?? Norway does not speak Finnish luckily, but if you want to believe that...OK!
Hahaha! My mistake. You are Norwegian, not Finnish (my memory failed). I apologize (it's as if you had called me Brazilian!).
Anyway, I don't understand Norwegian either... and I don't know how to translate what the picture says... My keyboard doesn't have the symbols for me to type it by hand in the translator.
PS: today I got vaccinated for covid... I must already be suffering the adverse effects.

You can get add-ons, a lovely app called Copyfish which is a free OCR software, for your browser if you want to pick up text in photos like I do. It has a built-in translator too! (Not very good for most languages as usual, but you get the idea or sense.)
Helt rått, men ikke helt overraskende: Chorizopølsene våre stakk av med seieren da Dagbladet smakstestet rå pølser.

Oh, Lil! You make me laugh so much! You are great! Let me tell you something...I am a crazy traveler...I know so many countries...except my own! From Brazil I know only the north, the south is not very nice. From Europe, I have only the Baltic countries left to visit (I'm only interested in Norway and Sweden, Finland is not in my plans), and some eastern countries, like Slovenia and Slovakia. And as I told you a few days ago, I missed my trip to Iceland in January this year.. Traveling is my greatest pleasure in life!
PS: I will keep Copyfish in mind! In the meantime, I'm still using Deepl, which if I remember correctly, you taught it to me.
Being a doctor, I learned to enjoy life because I have seen death up close many times (not mine). I enjoy every day (carpe diem) and yes, I laugh a lot all the time. And I especially laugh at myself! As one of my favorite writers says.... "Every moment is last because it is unique". That's my leitmotiv.
PS: at home, never take away. Always homemade food.

@Chorilandia, I'm no expert; But thank you. I just do what I do... I'm making red beans and rice this weekend. I thought about homemade chicken noodle soup or maybe chicken and dumplings. Idk.
Oooh, tater salad...hubby just bought me fresh dill. hmm.
Argentine empanadas recipe Empanadas are a typical food of my country. Here is a step by step recipe with English subtitles for those who want to make them. I expect a pic if you prepare them! And a comment if you like them (send me one by FEDEX)

Sorry, meat was not on my 5 ingredient availability list. I had mushrooms so they must do and I had no wheat so... Hmmm... Nope, empanadas are not exactly possible and she cheated with pre-made dough!
