I'm level 70 in Windows and I've noticed that one of the plots available for expansion has 3 small balloons attached to the for sale sign. The plot seems to have the same price tag as other plots.

Is this a leftover from some party, or is there something special about this plot?

I have to wait a while to purchase this plot since I just purchased another plot elsewhere.

The plot with the balloons is what was given in the latest update. New land expansion.

I'm also on Windows, level 78. Smile

The table information on the Township Wiki Expansion page will show you which expansion you are on - by matching the population amount, construction materials required etc.
