Anyone else get robbed of a barn upgrade coupon? I had enough tools for one upgrade and one coupon for an upgrade when I started working on the Santa room. When completing Santa’s room I got another barn upgrade coupon. But when the next Professor Verne weeklies came up and one of them was to upgrade my barn one time I used one coupon, but the second one wasn’t there.
Are we only allowed to have one saved at a time? Or did I get robbed? I can’t even request help as my help and support button hasn’t worked in months.
I have had two Barn Upgrade coupons stored and used so maybe there was a Save command that didn't do its job? (It is either programmer error or operator error.)

Thanx for your reply! This happened once before after an event in which I won a barn upgrade. I didn't get the coupon, but I also didn't have one already saved. Back then my help and support button worked and they were able to rectify it. That’s why I asked if maybe we could only have one at a time. Guess I’ll just have to do without it. @TwoEgg, you can send them email at support@playrix.com. Make sure you put your problem in the title and that your button doesnt work, they have known about that problem for a long time! Dont forget your friend code, maybe that will reduce extra messages and save time. Good luck!
