I'm assuming you mean the points ~ distance in the Regatta race tab area?
Are you getting them in your own personal points? Or not at all/later?
I'm not having that particular issue myself or my CO~OP members. I have 3-5 inquiries on completely different issues to support myself and they just keep getting added to the 1st one!!
I haven't even received the automated msg stating they received Any of them!!
I have screenshots of everything of course yet I know better than to hold my breath
as I would have perished a long time ago!
I don't anticipate an answer for each question I have either

if I receive a "lump sum" answer of: "We've reviewed your account and find nothing wrong! We assure you the game is Well Balanced!" I'll at least feel like this
I believe they should be made to change the name/title for that department! Help/Support/Customer Service just Does Not equal what they do ~ or Don't Do there!!
I'm terribly sorry for not answering your questions better than It's not happening to me or my CO~OP and don't expect much from support.
However you at least know someone hears and feels your frustration. Hopefully someone else will have a better answer for you soon!! I'm relatively sure they will want to know as I do if you are actually getting the proper credit for the Regatta tasks you have completed and the race tab part just isn't showing it correctly or not.
