Hello all

Anyone else not getting their regatta miles when a task is completed ?

This has been happening all this weeks regatta, sometimes it gives me the miles,a day or two later, but I'm stiil waiting for the last few.

I know it's not the end of the world but I feel like I'm being diddled out of hard earned miles.

And, like everyone else I have reported it, but alas, no joy yet.

Playing on Windows 10 laptop and candy crush saga.

@woodyville I'm assuming you mean the points ~ distance in the Regatta race tab area?  Question     Are you getting them in your own personal points? Or not at all/later?  Question     I'm not having that particular issue myself or my CO~OP members. I have 3-5 inquiries on completely different issues to support myself and they just keep getting added to the 1st one!!  confused    I haven't even received the automated msg stating they received Any of them!!  Not receiving finished regatta task miles 1185787173      I have screenshots of everything of course yet I know better than to hold my breath  Embarassed     as I would have perished a long time ago!  scared      I don't anticipate an answer for each question I have either Evil or Very Mad       I'm liable to finally go  Not receiving finished regatta task miles 3015792079     if I receive a "lump sum" answer of:  "We've reviewed your account and find nothing wrong! We assure you the game is Well Balanced!" I'll at least feel like this  Irate Slaps      towards them.  Not receiving finished regatta task miles 2482177445  

I believe they should be made to change the name/title for that department! Help/Support/Customer Service just Does Not equal what they do ~ or Don't Do there!!  Angry santa  

I'm terribly sorry for not answering your questions better than It's not happening to me or my CO~OP  and don't expect much from support.  deep sigh      However you at least know someone hears and feels your frustration. Hopefully someone else will have a better answer for you soon!! I'm relatively sure they will want to know as I do if you are actually getting the proper credit for the Regatta tasks you have completed and the race tab part just isn't showing it correctly or not. 


If I do run across anything else that may help you I Will be happy to let you know!!!   My fingers are cross in Hopes that You Are Getting Credited Properly For Your Tasks!!      Xmas Moose

I am not on Windows but about 2 weeks back, I finished a task, and the task was not updated to be completed. So I end up stuck with a task for many minutes. I tried the visiting neighbours method to sort of update my game but not possible. There I did a device shut down. When I came back, the task was finally updated to complete and I can take a new task. I can't remember what was the task now. It was either seaweed or pearls or honeycomb. I get something like 18/18 but the task refused to end. By the way I am on android.

Yeah, I wasn't getting the race points after anyone of my co-op had completed a task, I was totting them up as the race progressed and it took a while for them to be added onto my tally. As fo my other members, I can't say as I'm still unable to talk to them on the side bar in real time, which is hugely frustrating, seeing that I'm group leader. I can only send them a message every 12 hours through the co-op message board.Playrix are aware of this and I got a reply from ANNA OR, saying and I quote. 
"The developers are aware of this iisue and are working to fix it now !
Their first recommendation is to restart your device and reinstall the game.Don't worry your progress will not be lost.
If this does not work please provide screenshots or screen recordings of the issue so that they can work on it further.

Safe to say people reinstalling has not fixed the issue, no surprise there, so I've gotten back in touch with her, still waiting.
