It is currently at level 7. I am now going to charge it like I should have done before using it
Even though my big town is on my old broken kindle, so far I have not been offered to connect to my main town. Whilst this is good as I don't want to. I am a bit miffed it didn't pick my town up and offer me the choice
Anyway, I will have my baby town grown enough to join my co-op in no time

Congrats, mom! My Kindle arrived yesterday and it did give me a choice of towns. Now I am trying to figure out how to copy and paste a receipt image on this Fire 10 for CS's need to verify me and load my town. (Anyone know where a good tutorial for this is?)
I am having trouble getting Clear Creek back because I don't know the exact amount of Ts that are in it's account. Morale: document first, then update.

Thanks everyone. And that is great to hear yours has arrived as well @Mic Miller
Unfortunately I am of no use to help regarding the receipt you need to copy and paste to CS Maybe when you work it out you can let me know how to do it I hope I do not need to send them anything right now, as I had a look and nope, I do not have a clue
No problem, I am sure I knew when I had my old kindle. So it has either changed or I have forgotten
I am tempted to say both Mic as this is Playrix we are dealing with. But I have used the support email and had a reply from them after a few days. If you don't get a reply reasonably quickly, then I would bombard them by using all of their email addresses
ROFL, I am already amazed at your calmness so far regarding Clear Creek. So I think those pills will be needed right about now to keep your zen for this next chapter with CS
I like both. (Hope they don't think I'm spamming them.)
These days I know who I am dealing with so the Type A trait stands at ease and lets the computer analyst take charge. (Decades of working with humanware wises you up to realistic expectations — and the need for paranoia pills!)
Congratulations on your new kindles @Mic Miller and @Spent on Falls!
Mine arrived a couple days ago. I turned it on and was scared to try to do anything yet with Township. So any advice and encouragement is welcome.
I assume screenshots/noting barn size, amounts of money and jewels, etc. is a good idea? Next step is to download Township? I will be given a choice of towns? And I have no idea what you are looking for Mic.
I will be watching to see your progress and advice. Good luck to us all!

What the hell! Sorry @Downton Falls . I don't supposed the new kindle spellchecker has improved. As in do not "fix" every other word I am typing to some gobble-de-goop! It is Soooooo tedious!
I am looking to get my baby town, Clear Creek, off my iMac and on this Kindle. After I downloaded Township from the Amazon app store (not Google Play), I opened it and was asked if I wanted to load Optimal Prime (on my iPad) or new. Since I didn't want OP, I choose new and got the tutorial torture. Now I am going to try to get customer support to put Clear Creek on my Kindle. It would be a done deal if I had recorded the amount of Ts I had there, before Playwreck forced me to download 7.8.0 last September due to the ProfV event.
Also, I find myself in the early learning stage with Kindle's OS and interface design & operations which includes learning to adjust some (many?) of my iOS skills, habits and techniques. (Nothing like a new operating system to make you humble.)
Congratulations on your new kindles @Mic Miller and @Spent on Falls!

Thank you and That is the first time my name has been autocorrected to that
Good luck loading your town to your new kindle @CodyLyons
And yes, we can go off Mics experience that everything you mention will be the magic numbers to give Playrix CS if your game doesn't automatically load for you I remember they also asked me when the last time I played my town too. I think it was easier with what I needed to give CS at the time as Bess on the old forum forwarded my ticket number for me to Support. This was when I got my main town added to my mobile It was quite annoying because, once I gave that answer I didn't dare play my game until they added it to my mobile, as it obviously would have changed the last time I played it!
On a different note, I am curious, do you guys buy the Profs Gold Pass for your baby towns?
Thanks for the help and advice. I will write down all the magic numbers I can think off. And the two help email addresses.
I have bought new kindle twice before in the five plus years I have been playing TS. Switching has never been a problem before but Playrix is now Playwreck so I want to be prepared. I hope I just go to download TS to my new kindle ... Choose old game when given the choice ... And then will be off to the races. I always used to do the switch between events but now that they are literally back to back that is no longer an option.
So Mic -- the extra info you need is because you are actually switching devices/platforms? Doesn't sound like anything I will need to worry about?
