When I go to the pier it says 'Regattas temporarily unavailable - come back later'. Been like this for 2 days for myself and rest of co-op team.
I don't know what is going on. Lots of reports that Playrix changed the day the regatta started and then changed it back again. Finally like you and your teammates it now appears to be unavailable for lots of Window users. It is presumably connected to this update they announced. It doesn't seem to be going as planned right now.
Hopefully another Windows user might have more information. But it hasn't been acknowledged by Playrix yet as far I know. I am sure it must be extremely frustrating for you all atm. Let's hope they are working on it as it is a problem affecting all Windows players.
Hi.. just come back from a few days away hoping problem would be fixed. Nope, Regattas still unavailable. I did contact Playrix last week and got the following response: and then proceeded in the next email to give me help to download an update.... for flipping iOS and Android - not Windows 10!!!! Another reply sent to them today.

Thanks for bringing that issue to our attention! Our dev team already figured out the cause of the problem, so the next update, which will be released soon, should fix it.

So.... how do I download the latest update - my game is already saved to Facebook... do I just go to the website above and then just press 'Get' - as if I'm downloading it for the first time? Or do I have to uninstall my current game and then go to the website and download (install) it? Thank you!
Hoorah - got the new update! I have co-op members however, who don't have a facebook account to save their current version so if they uninstall their current version to reinstall the new version, they'll lose their game - is that correct? If so, is there a way around this - i.e. how can they get the new version if they don't have a facebook account?
