The only thing I can think of right now is to make the specialty items. Book, chef's hat, spatula, and table clothes. Set a timer to pick up the bags. Don't let it get to you. If you start getting rushed. Stop for a minute. Go visit some ones town. Send a helicopter or 5. Have a cupa something. I find Macallum's works well for me to calm my nerves. Then have another crack at it
Hi, I'm playing TS on Windows and am glad that the new update finally rolled out.
After I started to play this "sweet week" event I realised that I cannot buy lollies to calm the customers! Everytime I click on the lollipops a window opens but I can only read that you should buy the lollipops without any button to buy them. Does anyone else have the same problem on Windows? Is this a bug?

ETA I used up my lollies on my Android just to check, and can confirm it isn't an issue on this platform. At least not for me. So we will wait to hear from Windows players. The problem is, they may still have lollies left right now making it impossible for them to check if they have the same problem
I sent an email to playrix about the lollipop issue. Now I wait. Ugh, That means I have to actually check my email. I haven't done that in a month or umm 3. Maybe. Hadn't planned on checking on any mail so soon so hopefully they have something good to say, like WE FIXED ALL YOUR ISSUES!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!

There are several of us participating in Sweet Week that are unable to buy lollipops to keep customers happy. There is no button to click enabling us to buy lollipops. Will you PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM? BTW, The mine is having the same issue.
@Darkwood PC I figured it was a typical "form letter". @woodyville I don't need mining tools either; I was referring to when I did. (trying to get every bit of use out of the light the way booster)
I have won 2 lollipops from HoL; but I only play if I absolutely have to or to complete a task.
AND, AND, AND MORE EMAIL!!? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! They need to just fix the problem and let everyone go about happily wandering and wondering around in their town. Or visiting others.
Yes, I am having the can't buy lollipops issue also, I'm not sure if anyone in the coop is having the same issue because our chat is broken also! (haven't tried to buy picks yet)
Playrix must have fixed the issue, because I can now buy lollipops. I can't copy and paste a screenshot in here (too big) even after cropping it to next to nothing. 3 lollipops cost 12 T-Cash! 5 for 18 T-cash and 10 for 28 T-cash. At those prices I'll do without them.
I don't know about the mine, I'm not using any tools until the next Ore Galore.
I still can't talk to my team other than via the regatta message board every 12 hours. Reported it multiple times. My one team mate has had a frozen zoo for weeks now, she can't even click on the ground clearings team to remove them from the page, she's reported it loads of times, even I've reported it for her, but even after a download from playrix, it's still f#"*ed. It's so frustrating, you wait nearly a year for the update, and then the bugs and glitches that are happening makes your heart sink again.
BTW. Nope, my game is still not fixed after reporting it again. I know there's a pandemic, but they managed to roll out a huge update, so surely there's someone there who can address the issue that a lot of us seem to have.?
