Jeepers! It has been a long time since we did one of these. Here’s mud in your eye.
Township is not the game it was when I first started so long ago. Graylady and Nana can speak to that much better than I. It was a sparse land to be sure. There were no Co-ops and no zoo. Events came about every two months I think. So, it was a long slog between them with just the bare game. Did they even have friends when it first came out?
But now it is a very busy game. At times there may be 3 different things going on at the same time. All those mini games! There just has to be something for you in Township.
The best ROC game icon of the week for our inaugural issue will go to CAT (Cathy Purr) and it is lovely. Notice the text in safety yellow that stands out and the nice graphic art used to make it really pop. To see this go to Little Wonders Co-op (#UPN7VG) and there you will find CAT. While you are there go ahead and take a spin in CAT’s town. She does a lot of artsy things with it. If you see a good ROC game icon please let us know.
Coming soon will be the Township 7th Anniversary Gala and I am so looking forward to that. Like, what are they going to do with that fountain? Someone told me maybe they will add bees to it. I would much prefer that to mushrooms on the fountain. We shall see. The 7th Anniversary of Township, be there or be square!
Before doing another Township Times, it behooved me to walk around in the Forum a bit and it was a good to see that a new “generation” of players is very active and contributing to it. The Forum is doing just fine.
This week’s How big are you?” will be how many decorations do you have in storage? Do tell. Enquiring minds want to know.
That was pretty scary about Graylady losing her town to a predator. I would not want to deal with that. Let’s hope Playrix has fixed that for good.
Stay safe. Since I am retired and since there is COVID I am even more of a homebody. Thank goodness for Township. See ya next time.
Downton Falls, Kiki Bright, BlueSkyTown, Graylady, Arial Heights, Gracie, BKNBLK13 and Thinks this post is Awesome
I will fess up. I have MDCLVIII decorations in storage. It used to really bother me when I had to take a decoration out of my town to make way for a new one. Now I am jaded and complacent. Maybe when I quit playing I will create this giant blob of decos.
I have 371. Honestly thought it would have been higher because many of my favorites are in there and I just don't have room for them! I like the way my town is with some undeveloped space leaving a greener look in the middle and in my "Central Park" area. So I keep sitting on these expansion coupons and leaving the decorations in storage.
