According to Township Wiki it's from the Snow Ride Event December 2019.

Yes I struggled finding them, then I searched profile pictures instead of avatars and they came up

Yea. I went back and looked for their Search, found it and typed "Profile Pictures". It sure could be included in the General Navigation header. Thanks, again.
