I really like the snowboarding game. I played it several times yesterday and found it very enjoyable....but it doesn't work right most of the time, it turns out. When I played it yesterday it was late at night, so I guess no one was using the internet (?Idk). Today, however, it turns out, it's so jumpy you can't do anything BUT fall. No level of skill will get you to the end when the game fails to respond.
Very sad because it's actually fun if you can play it. And still hate that stupid face on the girl when you don't want to pay to continue though. Of course I don't want to pay to continue when I'm just going to fall again. Duh.
@Mayfield I will have to agree to disagree for a few reasons in my personal experience. Also the stutter happens to far too many people for it to be device related. Personally, I do a hard restart everyday, but still have the problem.
The fact that lots of devices struggle with this event does not mean the problem isn't Related to overloading devices.
Developers just keep adding more and more stuff into games until more and more players have problems getting it to run correctly. I remember another game that had growing issues with anyone trying to play on a Kindle device, on anything more than about 3 years old, and one particular iPhone model.
We’re all having issues with the same jumping scenario requiring us to jump, move down to lanes, and having to jump again almost instantaneously. Perhaps they could just remove this particular jumping combo..
Woke up to Playrix demanding I have another run for 10 ProfVE points. So, being an efficient person on his first cup of coffee, I took a 135-token event regatta task. Two birds with one stone, right? I saw no improvement or difference in the game action whatsoever! So maddening.
I'm not having any problem now with technical glitches, but all of a sudden the courses have become impossibly difficult with far more obstacles placed much closer together, and the skier moving noticeably faster. Before, I could usually get thru several runs in a row without falling. Today, I couldn't get thru one. Others in my coop have noticed the same thing.
I hope you get that last spin @Zealous! But then again... I hope it isn't 2 nails... :/
I'd like to know if anyone ever gets that bundle of packages or lands on the $100 tcash. I spun the wheel once and instead of clicking slowly to a stop it just abruptly stopped on a deco. It seemed a lot more intentional than a real spin.

As soon as you crash out or complete a run go and visit a friends town, go back to your town and play again. Visit a different town each time until you find the easy one, then go to that town each time.
I'm doing it for the sake of doing it. The problem with these events is that you have some players who are gamblers, essentially , that will spend thousands to win a 1st place prize of 50 tcash. Kinda like how someone hits the lottery for 1,000 bucks yet spent hundreds of thousands over their lifetime playing. I dont play the lottery therefore that is why I only compete so far in these events.
Update: Now I'm experiencing the stutter in the race on a regular basis now. Ran an app cleaner and a hard reboot...and still the same. It could be server related or maybe not.
Well, I was hoping to improve my position on the competition so I could get the hammers. But once I get to 1400 the boards are impossible to get through without falling. And I got that far by moving only when I had to and not collecting anything on purpose. When you have to do those quick moves it just doesn't happen. So I'm officially done trying (until I say I'll try one more time lol. But maybe that won't happen since even the goods from the track are annoying since I have to sell them to make room).
I just wish that game wasn't such a glitches, since it could be fun.

Yes I see where you are coming from. But this event has had the same problems since it started. It’s always been the same in that the glitches mentioned here have always been there. We had an update that appeared to fix it, but didn’t. I understand the Devs have introduced lots of stuff, for instance many animations that we didn’t have initially. However these problems/glitches were present beforehand. But, as I said I will agree to disagree.

I have noticed when you have two trees with two snowmen a short space behind I try to move lanes, twice to get past them, and the first move doesn’t register. Inevitably I crash as there isn’t enough time to move 3 times. I have had long runs, And even finished quite a few when this hasn’t occurred. It seems to be a pattern, I can always see why I have crashed. Does anyone else see a pattern to the crashes?
