Nevada (Moderator of the Official Playrix Forum) thought it might be nice for people to have a place to come to to look up various acronyms they find around the forum. Yes, Google is there to help, but there are also TS-specific acronyms that could be harder to find.
So, whenever you come across/think of/use an acronym, pop over here and post it, whether you know what it means or not, and we can add it to the list, which will be updated in alphabetical order as more come in.

@Rocky_Ruud. Thanks So Much For This! Like Most Of Us Living In The Digital Age I Know Use Acronyms All The Time! There have been quite a few I've Seen Here that I've never heard of .... Maybe because TS is World Wide? IDK I'm just glad it's here!!!
This is useful as a reference but please try to avoid using the more obscure ones just to feel cool, and let's try to refrain from inventing new ones that nobody actually uses. The object of effective communication is not to try to confuse people and send them running off to find reference resources.
I've spent a lot of year on forums and have never seen many of these used anywhere.
@Mayfield, I’m so pleased I’m not the only one, when I come across things like this, I usually ask my kids (grown up) what they mean, they are so much more knowledgeable on this than I’ll ever be.
I'm so old school I still spell things out in text messages! I do use a few like IMO and FWIW but there is nothing wrong with complete sentences in long forum messages.
Guess it all goes back to the secretarial training I had in the 70's.
Lol, I remember when I first joined the Playrix forum, I didn't have a clue when reading all the abbreviations members used on the site. It was really useful when Nevada started this thread

I know. It's just lazy and rude to be so self important that you can't type a few extra characters so everyone can follow what you are saying. I'm not talking about the fun expressions, but the key words that make a sentence meaningless.
It is also very unwelcoming to newcomers for us to keep sending signals they are not one of us and don't belong here.
@Mayfield Depends how often a day someone has to type something. I do everything on a phone so have about 1.5 cm visibility when typing. Negativity can also be extremely off-putting. IMNSHO it's worth taking the time to express oneself non-judgementally.? HAND comes in very handy sometimes (sticky out tongue with a wink emoji) ;P
@JayS - please tell me what IMNSHO means before I have to ask my kids again. I get enough stick from them for writing texts long hand The only acronyms I have ever used is in signals when I was in the military, many, many, oh so many moons ago.
