This is just somethings that I had wished I knew before I joined my first co-op. I mean other than communicating, which is the first thing that should happen.
Use chat help every 3 hours or as often as you can. You get an achievement for sharing goods with co-op members, after the T-cash awards you get a new icon. You/They get clovers for filling the requests. We have gotten to the point where if you don't need anything ask for wheat.
And my mind goes blank... I'll edit and add as I come up with more.
I still remember my first coop. A leader. A co-leader. The rest, only members. Nobody spoke. Few collaborated. And the regatta was terrible: everyone competed, but only a few of us played. Obviously, prizes for everyone. I endured it for a while, and one day I decided to ask the leader that it was unfair that those who did not compete or help in anything, win the prizes anyway. His solution was magnificent: he kicked me out. So, I entered another coop. In that one, full chat, a lot of help, but I had a leader and everyone else was co-leaders. Weak leader, the co-leaders wanted to organize and do everything to their liking, there was theft of tasks, reservation of tasks such as chests. What wanted to be organized ended in disaster. I decided to kindly leave, and creat my own co-op, closed. I invited two players from the previous coop, and today, after 2 years, we are still playing together. We're happy. We know each other so much that we already know what tasks each one does, we decide in advance which ships we will send, thus we distribute the tasks. We all have the same goal: 135x16, and finish as fast as possible, without spending T-cash to advance or accelerate tasks. Ever since we were promoted to the golden league, we've still been there, and I could say we're already friends. It really is a pleasure to play like this. Zero distress. This is the coop I always wanted, and luckily I got it. Being a leader doesn't matter. The three of us are the same. There are no differences. This is my ideal coop.
