Happy 5th of July!! Sorry I wasn't in here yesterday. I hope everyone had a good holiday. We had a very busy weekend (and week). Keenan's son's B-day was the 22nd, his mom's B-day was the 25th, so I made a chicken parm casserole and a layer cake with cherry pie filling in the center and adorned with peach slices for both of them, His dad died on the 24th, so we had the funerals for him in Lakeville and Bremen. ROAD TRIP!!!I was so excited to see a sign the read South Bend and Mishawaka!!! I'm very homesick. And then his cousin Kim died Sat. I think. He found out thru FB; someone had posted about another angel in heaven. THAT death has been really hard on him. Plus we had our annual July 4th get together yesterday with Brats, Chicken and hamburgers on the grill and homemade macaroni salad, coleslaw, deviled eggs and sheet cake with cherry pie filling swirled thru it and a few blueberries in there. topped with vanilla frosting, blue sprinkles and red colored sugar. We did ALOT of cooking yesterday. Every year. I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING TODAY.

edit to add... netspeak abbreviations don't always express enough, well enough, eh? there are so many abbreviations that fly over my head...
Michelle I can appreciate and admire how you honored his Dad's passing and worked so hard for the family celebrations going on. All of that was no easy feat. Much respect for you and prayers for the family.
@just4fun ohhhhh! Thoughts and prayers Duh, I get it now. I am so slow. LOL. Seriously, I am slow sometimes; Like I'll come up with the sarcastic response to something 2 months later; it'll just randomly pop into my head. Or I'll get the punch line to a joke.... oh idk eventually.
